The Design This is a centre-seamed top with a keyhole front neck that features a button and loop closure, empire waist with a gathered skirt or peplum as well as billowy sleeves that are gathered into a narrow 'above the waist' cuff. The Romey comes in three lengths: - a high hip length top; - an above the knee length dress; - a long midi length dress.
Recommended Fabrics Light-weight woven fabrics that are not too stiff such as linen/viscose blends, rayon challis, linen/rayon, sandwashed silk, linen or cotton lawn.
