There is nothing like a good pair of scissors. They feel lovely to hold and to use, and they make sewing so much easier. When it comes to scissors, every sewer needs at least two things: a pair of tailor's shears; and a pair of thread snips or embroidery scissors for finer tasks. Scissors also make an excellent gift for sewing friends.
