Shipping policy

Shipping Within Australia

To make sure that your order gets to you, we send all our parcels with tracking, so you'll be able to follow it on its journey.

We've tried to keep the cost as low as possible. We charge a flat rate of $12 for all orders up to $190; and we offer free shipping on orders over $190.

Shipping to New Zealand

We charge a flat rate of $25 up to two kilograms. If your order exceeds this limit, please contact us on hello@indiestitches.com.au and we will calculate the shipping price manually. Please be aware all prices (including shipping) are shown in Australian dollars and all Indie Stitches transactions are in Australian dollars.

International Shipping 

We currently only ship within Australia and to New Zealand. 

Packaging

I keep packaging as minimal as possible while making sure it’s robust enough to get your order to you in good condition. I use packaging materials that are made from recycled or compostable materials; and I try to reuse envelopes and packaging materials where appropriate.
