The Design
This is a relaxed, romantic dress with mild medieval vibes. The centre front neckline has an angular v-neck with seam lines repeating on the front-facing, bust and yoke. The waistline sits at the high hip with a drawstring to nip in the waist. The skirt yoke is long and narrow to the hip, followed by a skirt panel using bias to create a bolder hem flare.

Recommended Fabrics 
Use summer or winter-weight fabrics including linen cotton, lighter corduroy, denim fabric with a drape. Note that stiff or papery fabrics do not suit this style.

The Magda silhouette strikes a balance between soft and angular. The fit is loose enough to pull on, skimming to the high hip with a drawstring waist. It is maxi/angle length and the sleeve cuff finishes at the waist. The amount of ease gives it some extra space, and provided in the instructions and pattern are finished measurements, including bodice, sleeve and sleeve lengths with ease provided at the bust, true waist, hip and high hip waist seam.
