The Design Castagnette is a dreamy and romantic v-neck blouse. It is loose fitting with a ruched finish. There are two sleeve options: either very puffy and tightened by an elastic band at the cuffs, or adjusted just above the elbow with a wide ruffle at the bottom of the sleeve.
