Maison Fauve Soliflore Dress and Blouse

The Design
The Soliflore dress by Maison Fauve is an elegant design with many beautiful features. It has a straight cut, is shaped with a belt, and has a slit at the side front to add a touch of femininity. Its large collar elevates without constricting the neck so you can hold your head high, and is finished with a button placket so it can be worn closed or open and folded down. It can be finished in different variations to change the length, with or without the collar, and also as a blouse.

Recommended Fabrics
Light to medium-weight fabrics (80 to 200 g/m2), such as fine poplin, twill, crepe, fine
jacquard, fine, supple denim, cotton, viscose, silk. The collar and cuffs are held in place by the interfacing, making soft fabrics a good option.

42-46: 140 cm
48-52: 160 cm

Sizing 
34 to 52, for a height of 1m 65.
If you are between 2 sizes, go for the next size up, but also use the finished garment measurement chart as a guide. Seam allowances are included and are 1cm.

Level of Difficulty
Advanced. The technical aspects are the button placket, the assembly of the yokes of the shoulders using the Burito method, Italian pockets, waistband assembly, cuff assembly. It does have many parts, but it will reward anyone looking for a challenging project or wanting to improve or learn new skills.
