Lisa Comfort is a quarterly magazine for those who love to make, travel and explore their creativity.
In this mini-mag, you’ll find crafty DIYs, interviews with women I admire, guides to my favourite cities, tutorials, dressmaking hacks and in each issue, an exclusive Sew Over It pattern.
In issue 4 you will find lots of gorgeous makes and inspiration, including DIY projects, Lisa’s guide to Paris, an interview with inspiring business-woman Emily Quinton of Makelight, and a look at the history of wrap dresses and their iconic champion, Diane von Furstenberg. And speaking of wrap dresses, this issue comes with the beautiful new pattern, the Heidi Dress!
he Heidi Dress is a stylish wrap dress full of no-fuss, everyday glamour. The bodice and skirt gather into the waistband to create a flattering silhouette, whilst still being oh-so comfy to wear. The sleeves are kept loose, and finish with closed cuffs at the wrist. Heidi features a double-tie closure, cleverly tying on the inside as well as outside to keep you fully secure. There’s also the option to extend the dress to a maxi length with a gentle boho-inspired frill.
The pattern comes in sizes 8-20. The print version comes beautifully packaged in its own pattern envelope.
